TinyJems is a sub-brand created under Focus on the Family, targeting children aged 3-10 years old with developmental disorders, offering counselling sessions with the hopes for children to have more opportunities to interact with their parents and embrace their disorder as part of their identity.
I worked with two design classmates and three psychology schoolmates in researching social services in Singapore and coming up with three sub-brands for Focus on the Family. I wanted to target 3-10 year-olds with developmental disorders, as I used to be one of such children, and I hope that other children would receive positive experiences and help. Even though TinyJems is not a real brand, I hope that other brands will provide similar opportunities for these children.
In under 3 1/2 weeks, I created all the deliverables and designs for the brand. It was very challenging to manage my time to curate all the necessary materials for the assignment.
