3D House

I wanted to have a 3d portfolio website where people can navigate explore and learn about me in an interesting way. I planned to have six buildings — House (main portfolio), Cafe (about me), 1900s neighbourhood (imagination), Stadium (me playing the violin), Library (my blogs) and post office (emails & contact). I was very excited about it and spent many days & hours planning, creating and designing. I started the house and spent a month plus creating the whole design. I also spend a lot of nights writing & updating my numerous characters for the neighbourhood.

Unfortunately, I run into many problems regarding the house alone. However, the biggest issue I faced is that the website and spline codes could not talk to each other. This means that even if I can import spline viewer and move around the space in the website, I am unable to view images, videos & words when trying to embed and code. Spline becomes a standalone file and the website is just a way to view the port.

After lots of frustration, I had to abandon this ambitious project and make it more simple. I have created a website portfolio to slowly update and input all my work. I have to redo my plans for the other buildings. I also remembered that I spent a lot of time allocating what to do each day for 2 months only to discover in the end that I couldn’t complete it at all. Thus, I won’t be able to continue this project, unless many of my technical issues can be solved or improved.
